Welcome

I strive to provide a safe, connected, and exploratory space where clients feel supported in understanding themselves and engaging meaningfully in the therapeutic process.

At times, life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re navigating trauma or grief, anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, or significant life transitions. When these experiences become unmanageable, working with a licensed clinician can provide meaningful support. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I offer a range of psychological services and take a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop effective coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity, so you can live in a way that feels more authentic and aligned. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, cope with changes, and live more authentically.

What To Expect in Your Work

I utilize effective, multimodal psychotherapy approaches to foster self-understanding and help clients develop new perspectives, emotional responses, and coping strategies for life’s challenges. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution or a quick fix; rather, it is a collaborative healing process that requires active participation and investment from both the client and clinician. Over time, meaningful and lasting change can occur through small, intentional shifts—such as reducing self-defeating behaviors, increasing awareness of internal dialogue, and learning to tolerate and regulate emotions related to sadness, fear, and pain.

Quality Care

In therapy, we will work collaboratively to address present-day challenges while strengthening healthier patterns of thinking and responding. I help to reframe reactions and develop practical, evidence-based skills that can be applied both in and beyond the therapy room to navigate life’s obstacles more effectively. My approach is personalized, supportive, and empowering, and many clients find the work both motivating and meaningful. Reach out to schedule an appointment.

Happiness and Health for All

If conflict has been showing up in your relationship or communication feels off, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Relational therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, improve understanding, and rebuild connection. I work with both partners to help create healthier patterns and more positive ways of responding to life’s challenges. Reach out today to take the next step toward strengthening your relationship.

"Like the lotus flower that is born in mud, we must honor the darkest parts of ourselves and the most painful of our life's experiences, because they are what allow us to birth our most beautiful self."
